APPEALS: We hope you have enjoyed a meaningful Yomim Noraim and that you continue to celebrate a joyful Sukkot. Boruch Hashem, our Shul has seen tremendous growth (membership and attendance is growing), however, this growth is accompanied by an increasing budget. On Simchat Torah, we hold our annual "Ata Haraisa" appeal on behalf of our Shul. This appeal along with the Yizkor appeals account for approximately 15% of our prospective annual budget. The Ata Harisa appeal is one of our most important fundraisers of the year, second only to our annual dinner, and provides critical funds to allow us to continue to meet our projected annual expenses as well as provide additional funds for those projects that are important but are not possible without those pledges. Our Shul relies almost entirely on support from its members and friends to fund operations and we need your help. We ask that you contribute generously to this very important fundraiser for our Shul. We ask you to consider matching or, if possible, increasing your pledge from last year. Please make a pledge before Yom Tov by logging in at eitzchayim.shulcloud.com and going to the link that says "KOL NIDREI, YIZKOR, ATA HAREISA APPEALS" or sending an email with your pledge amount to FINANCE@ecdp.info or dropping off a check in our Shul mailbox (located next to the Sprague Avenue entrance). Thank you in advance for your generous support and we look forward to seeing you on Yom Tov. The Officers of ECDP

Memo From the Building Committee: Given our vibrant and growing ECDP community, the Building Committee has spent the past year assessing our Shul's needs and planning for the future. It is with great excitement that we share "a sneak peek" of the architectural renderings for a new renovation and expansion project which will provide much needed space and opportunities for growth. More information on this project will follow after Yom Tov. In the meantime, the renderings will be displayed on the monitors outside in the Lobby of the Main Sanctuary and in the coatroom of the Sprague Street entrance. We encourage all of you to take a look at the proposed design and you will have opportunities to provide input and feedback. Please feel free to reach out to any member of the Building Committee with comments or questions (David Bench, Eric Bienenfeld, BJ Diamond, Michael Friedman, Gadi Goldress, Daniel Hanuka, Kobi Leifer and Jeremy Maryles).
